Food at Guatemex Taqueria is delicious, with fajitas and quesadillas praised for taste. The restaurant is clean, and service is efficient and professional, polite and courteous. Some noted tough steak in the burrito and a high rice to meat ratio, and the Guatemala tostada at $11 had little chicken but was flavorful. Salsa was thin and lifeless, and house hot sauce mild, leaving some disappointed. It remains a hidden gem for friends or family.
