“I am so sorry. I ordered on my mobile app and paid. I got to the McDonald’s and they were serving so many people. I went through the drive-through and gave my code, but it was the lunch hour so I got out of the line parked came in thinking I would ask to pick up my food at the register instead. They were running two different lines, and so they had to pull a person off the floor to go find it. They’re under a time crunch when you hear those beeps, and so I messed up their stats. If and when management sees this, please know they went out of their way to find chicken nuggets for my daughter while I was running late after a morning forgetting her lunchbox. They save my butt.
