I went to The Pizza Gene in Stuart, Florida thinking I was just getting dinner. I was wrong. Dead wrong. Because the Half Sheet Ritzi Toni Pizza didn’t just fill my stomach—it changed my life. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my time, but this… this was like if heaven opened a drive-thru just for me. The cheese stretches like it’s auditioning for a Marvel movie, and the crust? Crispy enough to start a jazz band.

The Knots and special garlic parm sauce are also must-haves. The owner is very welcoming and takes pride in what he's doing. The kitchen is spotless and the owner is happy to show it off.
