“I have lived in Belleview for 5 years and recently started frequently eating at riccardos. it started with their Philly cheese and fries for lunch. The best local Philly and one of the best national Philly! Then I tried the two for $36 chicken parmasan which was so delicious the next day I ordered the lasagna, then the next the spaghetti. I consider it the best pizza in America. I have lived in 15 states and have traveled them all including Alaska, I coukdnt find an Italian place there. Riccardos is a historical staple to Belleview offering jobs to local teens and young adults and everyone in between, the wait staff becomes a family extension and the place has the aroma of a true Italian pizzeria, the seafood is a whole other topic, super fresh and delicious every meal. the bartenders are fabulous and knowledgeable. I always recommend Riccardos over any of their competition, especially down the road riccardos is waaaay more authentic!“

“First time we went in to eat a pizza with our favorite topping caramelized onion and roasted red pepper 🌶️ it was absolutely amazing 💯 the next two times we went in and ordered it to go with the same toppings, but they do not load up on the toppings that you purchase if you’re taking it out and the crust is softer, I guess it depends on who is making them that day. Love the service though and decor 👍 just some advice when somebody orders toppings be a little bit more generous and make sure each piece of pizza has them on!“

“Walking in, I was greeted, the place looked clean, but my hunger for a new pizza place to call my favorite distracted me from thoroughly checking, i do absolutely love the little tables, hungry howies brings me back to younger simpler years.

I gave my usual request to pizza places(pepperoni buried under cheese) because, if you are a pizza connoisseur like myself, you will know how low of a heat tolerance pepperoni has compared to cheese no matter where you go.

The request was met with a smile as I paid and went on my way to wait for it.

I check my pizza to ensure its quality and it looked divinely delicious, the way the toppings separated from the crust was great and the bite was delicious.

But now the example in Ocala where we have lived for many years now, cheerlessly your store I'm disappointed in. I saw a Domino's ad yesterday on FB for the $9.99 deal around lunchtime, so I thought I'd give it a try as it had been a while since we've had a Domino's pizza, so it seemed like an ideal time to get one delivered and a great deal. I already have a regular go to pizza place that me and the fam typical order from for delivery, but they're a little more then twice the price for a similar topped pizza, but it's almost a guarantee it'll be a good, if not great pizza from our regular spot "*****" pizza (I'm hiding the name), that said I wanted to try Domino's yesterday 9/26. So I click the order link from the ad to create an order for the pizza and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. When I went to check out from the shopping cart, I was running into an issue with the billing address for the debit card, not matching the delivery address. I was typing it in correctly, but I was just running into a wall. No biggie, I thought, I googled "Dominos near me phone number," and called to place my order over the phone. Evidently, there are three in town, so I called the nearest one. Somebody took the call there and when I explained the issue, they explained to me, what I was pretty aware of already, when placing the order as the website stated that I needed to put in the zip code of the debit card statement address, in a separate spot, when making the order. I told the gentleman on the phone it was pretty explanatory on how to do it and I had done that, but since I was on the phone, I'd like to just go ahead and put my order in with him. He told me he's not going to be able to give me the $9.99 deal, I said that will probably be ok, but does he have any *deals for call in orders similar? He told me one deal about a two topping and sandwich, and I said Let's do that one. I also asked him if he preferred the cheesesteak sandwich or chicken wings there? To which he said he won't eat either the chicken or the cheesesteak sandwiches from there and that he has no opinion on the matter, I said "oh, ok.." So I tell him the pizza toppings I want and also ordered the cheesesteak sandwich anyway hoping it would be ok, for the deal he offered, and he goes through to the checkout process where I give him my debit card details. For whatever reason it doesn't work with the billing zip again. I said, I'm sorry I usually order pizza from "*****" pizza place and I think they must just have my payment details either saved or they don't ask for the billing zip, I don't know, but please try one other billing zip code I've got in case I gave the wrong one by mistake. He did, and said that one didn't work either, and he now sounded ticked off, it had been building up. I was taken aback, but before I could offer to give him my Amex card info (I knew would work 100% with the same delivery and billing address) to use instead of the debit card, this store representative told me, I need to go ahead and order from "*****" pizza place since I know it works there. Basically telling me I'm wasting his time, I didn't really want him involved in anything to be eaten by me or my people at this point anyway. I told him not to worry about it, to have a blessed rest of his day and the weekend. So then I called the next Domino's in town, because surely this was a fluke situation with this rep on the phone, since I'm not used to having anybody in customer service sound like they're doing “
