I wanted to share my very bad expiriences at Cut 38 steakhouse as I believe it’s important to bring attention some of owners and hopefully can be improved!

I just moved with my husband across the street to royal trump and we wanted celebrate our new home in nice and classy restaurant so that’s why we decided pick that place as from pictures looks nice and it’s just walk distance from our place .

We have been waiting for table over then 20 min and finally we have got sit down and then another waiting to get just cocktails , we understand it was bussy but maybe you shouldn’t take over reservation if you can’t handle it….or maybe you just should inform politely customers about waiting time .

After that waiting we finally got our drinks and we were waiting another time to serve us food so my husband said we won’t wait longer if we don’t get food right now …
Finally male MANAGER ( if I remember good his name Andreas) came to us with very big attitude and speaking something in russian which me and my husband WE ARE NOT FROM RUSSIA AND WE SPEAK AMERICAN ENGLISH !!
so luckly he could communicate w us in english and was telling us we have too wait little longer if not WE CAN LEAVE !!!
That was so rude and unprofessional behavior from manager ( can’t even imagine how he is on this position in that place ) .
We have been dining in many top restaurants in Miami but that the tone and manner in which was spoken to us made our dining experience quite unpleasant and we decided to leave.

Shame that place like that in beautiful location and in nice neighborhood loosing because someone unprofessional in service industry !!

Definitely owners need have some conversations with his team about serving quests .

we won’t recommend this place to our friends or anyone till they won’t improve it .

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL.

This was the FIRST and LAST time I will set foot in this joke of a restaurant. From the second I sat down, the bartender gave me nothing but attitude. I wasn’t even served water until I had to ask for it, and when I requested a lemon, I had to wait over 10 minutes after asking another waitress!

I went for lunch with a coworker on a Thursday, and 20 minutes after I started eating my food, I needed to use my work laptop for 10 minutes. The bartender rudely informed me that I couldn’t use it. I asked to be moved to a regular table, but she said I wasn’t allowed to use my laptop anywhere in the restaurant—something I’ve NEVER heard of before.

As if that wasn’t enough, just as I was about to finish my lunch, the manager came over and told me I couldn’t share a single bite of my food with my coworker because, apparently, “IT’S NOT ALLOWED.” Seriously?

At this point, I was fed up, asked for the check, and left. But the nightmare didn’t end there. As I was walking out, the manager stopped me to inform me that I was banned from ever coming back—all because I shared a bite of my food and used my laptop.

This place is a joke, and the staff is absolutely ridiculous. I regret not going to my usual spot, Baires across the street.

Cut 38 is definitely overpriced, but it offers a nice outdoor seating area. However, their communication and management could use serious improvement. Given the prices they charge in the plaza, they should focus on providing better customer service and clear policies. In Miami, it’s common for people to bring their dogs to restaurants.

Our night was ruined when the manager rushed to our table as my daughter and I sat down. He began questioning my daughter about our poodle, asking what the dog was actually doing for her. He was incredibly rude, stating that our certification card meant nothing and essentially asked us to leave. If the owner and staff are uncomfortable with animals, they should just put up a “No dogs allowed” sign, even for emotional support animals. In this economy, I would rather spend over $200 for dinner somewhere where the dog’s card is accepted, and there’s clear communication between management and paying customers

They overcharged me and my friends. We left them 25% of tip but they withdrew 53%. They even didn’t inform about that. That’s terrible

First of I would like to start by saying the restaurant has an amazing deal during the weekday 1-3pm, it’s half price. And everything in the menu is absolutely incredible.
Must have their burger!!! Best I’ve ever tasted. And our server was super witty and pleasant. Mark is just an amazing person. Thank you Mark!!! For making our experience more enjoyable.
Ps the chocolate lava cake and key lime cake absolutely scrumptiously delicious ? !!!

My name is Slava.
Today four of as went there to have a lunch. Du to the dress code the manager of this restaurant his name is Valery the Russian guy told as we not going to have any service because I was wearing a sleeveless shirt. I never will visit this restaurant again.
For a moment I felt I'm back to USSR to1990 when I left that country the waitresses was acting similar to this guy.
Wake up so many restaurants around you and those places has much better food and services then yours.

Overall a good experience! The baked potato had a weird flavor but our server was amazing and took care of it. I thought it was a high quality place and would go again. The bread pudding was the best desert I have ever had!

Great meal for husband's birthday, service was amazing with Ivan, we will be back for lunch and try that amazing burger!
