7 years later this place is still bustling with activity on a Friday night. With very popular outside bar seating and patio seating overlooking the parking lot may be the best ambiance in town it is still outside on a beautiful night in South Florida in March. We were able to secure a table outside as the Manager / Host James was very nice & we chatted about the place & their new Italian place next door H2O. Once the table was ready our server Elise took great care of us all night making recommendations on the menu, sides ETC. We were not starving so we decided to split the 16-ounce NY Strip with a Loaded Baked Potato & fresh cut fries. A generous pour on a glass of house wines were appreciated. The bread was a crusty sourdough that was truly top shelf. Butter along with Olive oil was offered. The Steak arrived timely, and it was absolutely perfect. A nice char with solid seasonings cooked to perfection. The Baked potato was good, but the fresh cut fries were the winner of the 2 sides. There was a steak sauce presented on the side, take note this steak DID NOT NEED any sauce in fact it would take away from its goodness. No coffee but we did try the homemade Lava Cake with Ice cream that really was outstanding as well. The owner Dave stopped by to make sure that everything was going well, and we promised to give his Italian place next door a try in the future. Really impressed as it was on par with price points high end places in the area but certainly delivered on all aspects.

Well I ate with my boyfriend yesterday just because I wanted to try it but the experience if I can describe it awfull is an understatement because I thought the onces were gonna be big, they weren’t, I thought the prices were gonna be just but if you compare it to others with the same quality with less prices you would get disappointed because for starters the ribeye cost 94 when with the same onz plus quality you could find it at 46 or 62, the same with the ny strip you could find it for 34 or 46 dollars, but not just that the service was slow and one thought at times that one required to beg for the service, the only thing salvageable were the understanding of why we had to change table because my boyfriend has trouble with the noice, that’s the only reason I’m not giving 2 to the restaurant because like the saying goes I got to know it but is not worth the return. If you are having lunch , add at least 20 mins to get somebody to get the order. We arrived 1:55 pm and at 2:11no body has come they said , we will go soon but nothing happens

Went there with my parents. The manager was very rude. The service was awful. Our food was stone cold when it got to us. When we told the manager, he basically told us it is what it is. Never coming back. Also I witnessed a man with a service dog get denied entry even after he showed paperwork.
This review is for H2O Cafe. This was truly one of the finest dining experiences I've had in years. The atmosphere was serene, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The waitress was very pleasant and the manager very nice and welcoming. They do not accept service dogs, not even outside. I felt extremely uncomfortable because I have a disability. I fly with my dog every where. First time this has ever happened to me. It was so discriminating!
