Great customer service. The manager is very friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about making sure customers have a good experience. I really appreciate the positive attitude and excellent service.
When I had a misunderstanding in the drive thru, I was so up set that I went to speak with the manager. He explained that it was his accent that sounded wrong. And even when I was face to face talking with him, I was hearing what he was saying. It was all the way I took it. He was very polite and patient with how upset I was. I apologize for my misunderstanding and finished my order. To this manager again I am sorry for my misunderstanding and thank you for being so understanding....read full review

Burger King has seen a significant improvement in both service and food quality thanks to the new Morning Supervisor, Olencia. The staff and management are friendly and welcoming, with some even recognizing regular customers and their orders. A retired military veteran praised the establishment for going above and beyond to show appreciation. While the manager does a great job with the team, there have been some issues with slow service and inconsistent food temperatures. Despite these challenges, Burger King continues to offer a satisfying experience for customers, with room for potential enhancements in the future.
