“Don’t believe the reviews about customer service… majority of employees working at this location are speaking English as a second language so it’s disheartening to see that people would go out of their way to leave negative reviews about people trying their best. “Whoever fried the chicken at 6:50PM on Friday, October 18th, 2024 deserves a RAISE. I called to try to get their name so I can put it in my review, but no one answered the phone. But that was literally THE BEST KFC I've had in YEARS! Over the years, KFC chicken has gotten sloppy and just not appetizing tbh. But I decided to stop by tonight, and I was not disappointed. “This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! “The restaurant is nice for families . The chicken was delicious . The fries were salty. The
Southern sweet tea advertisement was not that all. I purchased two drinks but was home could not return. They both tasted awful. The coleslaw was just ok . People were friendly.“

“I love the food here and the people that work here are great. Only 1 complaint which is why it’s not 5 stars. The amount of sauces per meal no matter which one you get is 3 than it’s an extra charge for each. They should make the sauces available for dine in customers to use as you eat instead of giving you baby tins that aren’t filled up all the way. I want to have all the sauces!“
