We order a family fest combo that was pretty nice but the soda was just ice. We request to have a refill and the answer was rude from the person at the counter.You need to improve your customer service.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Popeyes in Sawgrass Mills Mall and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.I ordered the three-piece chicken meal with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was outstanding. They left out the coleslaw, the chicken portions themselves were small compared to KFC not sure why? On top of that it did not sit well with my stomach. I used to love Popeyes chicken, but will not eat it again.
