The foods good. The staff loads up the burritos and bowls. If your patient this place is fine. The downside is lack of management. Its pleasant to see the amount of food but unpleasant to see rude faces or resting 😒 faces as you order. Almost like there hating to serve you. Lol I dont mind cause my son loves the place. I just see lack of communication and sad faces from the employees. Atmosphere could be better. I never dine in at this location. Hope it gets better operational...

Place an order for my food to be picked up at a certain time got it after the fact of the time and upon arriving in a cashier ask us are we picking up an order I stated yes gave them the name they were not even listening to her and about 6 to 7 who came in after us got their food first and their pickup time was a lot later people were getting frustrated how long they were also waiting to the fact that it still wasn't even too busy by what I saw when we got our food the burrito...

I’ve ordered from this place twice. I must say each time the white rice is too sticky, you see clumps of rice in your bowl/burrito. It has no flavor, very bland and they put extra extra rice. I got double steak, looked more like regular serving. Let’s be honest, some days be good at chipotle and others not. No matter what store you order from. The area it’s in is nice and IKEA is right there.
