Coffee and snacks are good but the server at the cafe pretty much yells at everyone for no reason and there is a long delay in the queue for getting an order. Toilets are poorly maintained and extremely understaffed.
Well, having just now read the reviews of others, just before posting my own, a part of me wishes I had taken the time to read these before we stopped there for a coffee and cake.
The reviews here, below / before mine are quite accurate.

We've been vro Paul's in multiple countries. It is usually great. This one was disappointing. The coffee is overpriced.The pastries were not fresh. This place is not up to the standards I expect from Paul's
