It's too bad Patrick doesn't treat all his clients like celebrities. I hired him to cater a surprise party and it was a disaster. I paid celebrity prices for Costco bought appetizers and dessert. The food was terrible and presented poorly as well. I think he knew how poorly he did because he never contacted me after the party for my feedback or anything.
