Ordered tonight online at 5:26pm. Online receipt said it would be ready at 6:10. The restaurant called me at 5:56 to tell me my order would be ready at 7:30. Yes. 7:30. Fine. Even called them back at 6:09 to confirm I heard them correctly. Hubs went to pick up the food at 7:30 and said there was a line of ppl (including Uber Eats) all waiting to pick up and some 30 tickets that hadn’t even made it back to the kitchen.
