H & R Grill use to be one of my favorite restaurants but with the recession going on the taste of the food is not the same (In my opinion the food is tasteless no flavor). You are paying more for less. It seems that staffing has gone down also. They do have a lunch special from 11am-2pm but on only selected items.
What can I say, this place is a hidden gem. I've been several times. The staff is friendly, the food is full of flavor and the seating area looks cozy although I've never actually dined in. The legume and Tasso cabrit are my go-to. Their rice is always cooked to perfection, especially the diri djon djon. The macaroni au gratin is just ok but everything else is fire. You won't be disappointed!

Our favorite Haitian restaurant in Broward county. Parking is congested at times because of the drivers license place, mostly because they park in H&R's reserved parking. I Love ordering ahead online and it's always quickly ready and their food is well seasoned and fresh tasting ?
