I haven't been to 1 Fresh since it opened 20 years ago and I have been missing out! Shown here is their stir fry with choice of protein, base, veggies, sauces, and toppings. I ordered chicken. I added tofu, various veggies (no limit for extra), quinoa, and it was cooked in Szechuan sauce. The Szechuan has a hint of spice, which I gladly welcomed. You get your food fast and can choose to sit and eat or take it to go. There are options for wraps and salads as well. The servers are friendly and efficient.

I literally would eat stir fry at least once a week for 3mths January February and the end of December. I cut back majorly because of the price yet it's more then worth it because of the portion of food you receive. I have not been to this place in the last 3mths. My boyfriend just moved here from Trenton NJ. I chose Stir-fry1 being he's never had stir-fry before and I most say lastnite I threw 30$ down the drain. I don't know whom the cook was/is on the nite shift but my rice still had a crunch and mooshy at the same time. My salmon was extremely dry I can most definitely tell that it's not the same cook they had back when I went once a week months ago. I could go day or nite and the food was consistent. I would have taking this matter up with store yet I didn't eat my food until now and I didn't get a receipt only signed. The young lady in the window was very nice.

New in town, overnight, and decided to eat fresh vegetables/shrimp for dinner. I turned around/returned, after nothing else appealed to my taste buds. It was unique - choose your vegetables from a wide array, then pick the protein & sauce - then the dish is delivered hot, at your table! I had carrots, lettuce, shrimp & jalapeños w/Szechuan sauce. “tasty tasty”, thank you, Blackeyed Peas. Keep partying, I took Frozen Papaya buds on my road trip
⚠️The food is usually good, but this is the second time they've given me obviously expired tofu. This tells me they lack caring for their vegetarian ingredients and I had to suffer through stomach pains for the rest of the day. You shouldn't be giving people food past the expiration date and this OFTEN ?

Beware of their take-out policy. If they get your order wrong, you have to bring it back to them unopened to get any type of refund. The food is good (although expensive for what you get) but the service isn't.

For my first time here I love the food I went easy and had the fried rice with chiken & french fries all made fresh and thougj my mouth was burning so freaking delicious can't wait to go back

Didn’t get the right sauce! I’ve had beef jerky more tender than this so called steak. My noodles were way over cooked and hardly no VEGETABLES. And the ones in the bowl were slivers so small you think it was for a gerbil ??♂️Very aggravating about this. Especially when you pay premium prices. I’ve been going here for yrs. Not anymore…
