New in town, overnight, and decided to eat fresh vegetables/shrimp for dinner. I turned around/returned, after nothing else appealed to my taste buds. It was unique - choose your vegetables from a wide array, then pick the protein & sauce - then the dish is delivered hot, at your table! I had carrots, lettuce, shrimp & jalapeños w/Szechuan sauce. “tasty tasty”, thank you, Blackeyed Peas. Keep partying, I took Frozen Papaya buds on my road trip

I haven't been to 1 Fresh since it opened 20 years ago and I have been missing out! Shown here is their stir fry with choice of protein, base, veggies, sauces, and toppings. I ordered chicken. I added tofu, various veggies (no limit for extra), quinoa, and it was cooked in Szechuan sauce. The Szechuan has a hint of spice, which I gladly welcomed.
