“What a difference new management makes! I went into the store this week after my early morning doctors appointment as I've done for quite some time expecting the same old same. But this time was different. With new management I could immediately see a difference. Service was prompt, food was great, and store was clean. When I left the manager said thanks and called me by my first name. Now I plan on going back frequently and I recommend any other Bagel enthusiast do the same.
