I love Bojangles - or use to. This place gets the simplest of orders wrong. And sometimes (not all of them) the employees simply lack good customer service. I mean, I'm not expecting them to be like Chic-fil-A or anything, but maybe a friendly hello, or maybe pause your personal conversation for a minute... but nah. They closed down the other Bojangles in the city... this one is next.

Wow, best exceptional customer service ever! My family of 10 on a roadtrip from West Palm Beach (some flew from Alaska & California on a military break) of course asked for Bojangles and the BO crew and food did not disappoint! They were very accommodating with our huge order and made us feel at home by making our food fresh and bringing to our tables. Love their positivity and seems like a cool place to work and eat southern food! Thank you to the 12/17/23 afternoon crew of Demetriona & the gentleman who was so nice to us. Happy holidays!

I eat at Bojangles regularly. The food is normally ok; but my last 2 visits were beyond exceptional. The customer service was excellent. The staff, Rona and the male manager Mick were very polite and patient with me and my order. I requested for my food to be made fresh and they accommodated me and my family without any attitude or excuses. I would definitely recommend and appreciate the service Rona gave to us. Thanks again to the staff for making both of my experiences pleasant. Highly recommend.

"Cancel it, I have other things to do", and I left.I have ordered from here multiple times, and this is the THIRD time this has happened. In this modern day, and as someone with a full time career, I should not have to waste my time due to the Hiring Manager allowing the staffing of employees with such low work ethic.This is B.S.BYE
