I eat at Bojangles regularly. The food is normally ok; but my last 2 visits were beyond exceptional. The customer service was excellent. The staff, Rona and the male manager Mick were very polite and patient with me and my order. I requested for my food to be made fresh and they accommodated me and my family without any attitude or excuses. I would definitely recommend and appreciate the service Rona gave to us. The first time I went to Bojangles, the cashier was too busy eating to the point that she couldn't answer the questions I was asking.The second time I went there, everything was perfect.Great place for chicken meals?

Wow, best exceptional customer service ever! My family of 10 on a roadtrip from West Palm Beach (some flew from Alaska & California on a military break) of course asked for Bojangles and the BO crew and food did not disappoint!
