Our first time here, the place was ok, and the service was good. The bagels were fresh, but don't go by the pictures they have on the menu because it is not what you will get. Besides that, it was just OK.
The food is of very good and consistent quality. The menu gives a wide range of choices from your classic bagel and schmear to very substantial breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
The atmosphere is nice whether you just want a quick place for breakfast or to sit and enjoy your coffee for a bit. I've been coming to this location for nearly ten years now, and I can confidently say that the service is consistently accurate, friendly, and helpful.

Ordered my usual bagel, an everything bagel toasted with honey sriracha cream cheese. The manager making my bagel was not paying attention to the order and gave me honey walnut cream cheese instead - and I have a nut allergy. What a waste of almost $5 for nothing!
