Had to go find my waiter to take an order, never came back to refill drinks, I had to do it. Brought my boyfriend's food out and sat 20 minutes without food, and watched everyone who came in after us get theirs.....completely lost my appetite and just canceled it. We called for over an hour last night to order. When my husband went in to order, he (and the other 4-5 customers) stood and waited for service for 10 minutes. The server eventually stated, “I didn’t see you guys” when asked, “Can we get any help over here?” The server and the manager argued with my husband regarding an order we’ve had made at multiple locations. I was craving a burger this this evening and decided to order their doordash. As I was browsing the restaurants I came across a restaurant called wild burgers. I thought this was a new burger joint in Tallahassee and was excited to try it out.
