We really liked Ralleys over on the west coast but these Checkers have been lack luster. They forget things, take a long time and make the orders wrong. It's a bummer, we were expecting a great experience like we got from their west coast counter parts.

It's fast food, so not strong on "atmosphere" with good chili dogs at a reasonable price.
Vegetarian options: Definitely for carnivores.
Dietary restrictions: None noted.
Kid-friendliness: Small outdoor seating area adjacent to parking lot and drive-thru. Not ideal for small children.

I went to checkers for the first time in a few years and it was okay. I had some minor issues with the order so I filled out the survey but never expected any type of response. I was surprised when the general manager called to talk about the issues. I had the pleasure of speaking to Brittany (hope I spelled that right) and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to make it right. It's nice to see when employees care about their customers and their experiences....
