Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Ordered a birthday cake online for 12/27/21 went to pick in up on 12/26/21 and there’s a sign on the door saying the store is closed until 1/1/22. Contacted owner and still NOTHING has been resolved! So they took our money and now the owner won’t respond at all. GREAT.
