I ordered my food curbside & it was to be brought out at 7:29, as of 7:49 no one had brought it out. The employee that was in the drive thru booth called & told the employees inside that my food hadn't been brought out & that I had been. sitting there a long time. An employee finally came to my car & I told her the issue, she went inside & got my food & brought it to me. Ordered from the drive thru and the order was completely wrong. Drive back thru and asked them to correct it. When they brought it to car the fries and catsup was missing. They went back inside to and brought out fires and catsup. I did not order a cheeseburger, but that was what I received. I ordered from Culver's once before and they got the order wrong. I'm done with Culver's.
