Our company needed entertainment for students on a college tour we coordinated. District 850 was an option because they were located near the campuses we visited. The staff was very helpful and able to listen to what we needed and incorporate all our asks. We were able to utilize the time we had available to get the most out of the games and food. Not one request was overlooked and the outcome was awesome. Keep up the great job!
I hope the rude managers and staff are happy because I’m never going back again and neither should you. They charged my group for two lanes of bowling when we actually only needed one. When we asked for a refund for the one lane they told us to not use the second lane and wait until the next manager came in and he would give us the refund. The Tallahassee National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) ended our week at District 850, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We chose your venue to celebrate and fellowship, but encountered several issues that made the evening uncomfortable and frustrating for our group.
