We ordered an ice coffee and a decaf. It took ages. The coffee itself was dreadful. Absolutely no taste. The place appears under staffed. Won't be back. $7.00 wasted.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t usually go to Dunkin or write reviews but this got me so frustrated. Me and my friends ordered ahead through the app the Bacon Avocado sandwhich and added eggs and cheese. We go pick it up through drive thru is not ready. We wait in the car for 15 minutes they come with the order. Mind you we also had ordered coffee with coals foam and none of them came with cold foam and they didn’t give the hashbrowns that we also ordered. The sandwiched didn’t have cheese nor egg. We go back in to ask for it the lady was very nice. After 20 minutes they comeback with our order and one of the sandwiched are still with no egg. We tell them again. It took them 45 MINUTES to give us another sandwhich correct. If it wasn’t for me asking about the status i’m sure they wouldn’t even had remembered to redo it. Definitely lacking communication with that team. Will never be back again

Gave me SOUR green tea and got mad because I asked for it to be made as sweet tea . the guy asked me what it tasted like I said bad 5 times he asked me again so I said it tasted like S**t then said I don’t need to be cussin at him very rude I will never return .he tried the green tea after and apologized that it was sour . Absolutely disgusting place

The person at the counter named Aaron was so attentive, respectful, and kind. He got us our food in such a timely manner. I recommend this Dunkin as it is convenient for FSU students, and the staff is nice and considerate.

I came it at around 7:35pm to get my birthday drink since it expired soon and the lady that was at the register was very rude and I could clearly tell she did not want me there. It seemed like me walking in was the worst that could've happened for her. I walked in politely said hi and she responded to me with an attitude which wasn't very nice. I was trying to decide what drink to get and she was very rude and kept saying "I'm still listening" even though I was looking at the menu and wasn't very sure about what I wanted. I did not feel welcomed at all my drink wasn't made the way I wanted it to but I felt really scared to complain because I didn't want any more attitude from her. Overall not a good experience and will not be coming back. I'd rather drive 10 minutes outside of campus than come back here

Refused to give a cup of water with purchase on a 90 degree day. Really confusing - college kids walk around do you guys literally not care? I know every business around FSU is run by students and no one could let it slide?

they refused to give me a water cup even with a purchase. that should legitimately be a criminal offense, someone could die of heat stroke and they'd be to blame. really disappointed with the customer service too

My order has been wrong nearly everytime I've visited. My drink is so watered down, it's like it's been sitting there for 20 minutes. The older lady that works there always has an attitude. My only reason for going here is because it's the closest to my job.
This dunkin is getting exponentially worse every time I go. Not only are they always out of stuff, the staff (which used to be nice) is so rude and condescending for no reason. Even I wouldn't be that rude if I was thirty five and still worked at a Dunkin Donuts.

I stopped in for a sandwich and latte. I was told the oven was broken, so I ordered a toasted bagel. I was told they only had multigrain, sesame seed, and cinnamon apple bagels. I asked if I could get it toasted and was told yes. So I ordered a multigrain toasted with chive cream cheese. I got a warm-ish not toasty bagel with plain cream cheese. The latte was extremely hot but by the time I got to work and sat down it was almost drinkable. This is the second and final trip to this location. The last time, the phone service was awful, but the male order taker's courtesy is always pleasant.
