El Cocinero is a fantastic casual dining restaurant with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The "El Cocinero Margarita" is one of the best I have ever had, and is consistently great. Their hot sauces are phenomenal, however they have been out of them the last 2-3 weeks which is a little disappointing. I get a rather simple order, however the corn tortillas and the seasoned meat are always outstanding.

The tacos are great, and they have some vegan options. Staff was knowledgeable about vegan items (corn tortillas are vegan but not flour tortillas). Parking can be difficult especially if they’re busy, but worth the stop if you can find a spot to park.

Everything about this place is fantastic. I don’t want to say too much, other than if you haven’t been, you need to. The food is fantastic. Genuinely delicious items. The waitstaff is always kind and super attentive, and very respectful. The drinks are yummy, and the ambience of the restaurant is good. Very fun time and I always look forward to coming back.
