Wasn't impressed. Got seated right away but service was very slow. They were in no hurry to get drink order or food order. Once order was taken, food came out in reasonable time. Never refilled drink. Remove plates when done but had to wait again for bill. They automatically charge 22% gratuity. Not worth it.

Great service, the young man serving us was knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was a win, win for us. Great service and great food.
The food was okay when it eventually came out, but definitely not worth the hour long wait at a standard lunchtime crowd. Our party of five received our drinks and chips and placed an order about five minutes after being seated but waited almost an hour for anyone to revisit the table until I mentioned something to the wait staff; who two of the waitresses proceeded to ignore me and walk by until a kind waitress addressed the problem.Our food had been sitting in the back ready to be served for who knows how long but a party of two behind us had received their food after only about a ten or so minute wait. There was no apologies or explanation from anyone but the waitress who wasn’t even taking care of our table.It’s a shame because the food seemed like it would be good and the atmosphere was nice and clean but this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

I have been to every El Jalisco in town, and they have all been wonderful until now. Bad experience all the way around. Staff seemed confused and inexperienced, and were not at all friendly. Food was terrible, and we were given the wrong check 3 times. Definitely not going back to that location.

I just got a beef quesadilla for lunch - and I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I didn't notice until after a few bites and quit eating it. It has my stomach hurting so bad. The meat is RAW and STINKS. I am DISGUSTED and beyond sick to my stomach.
