It was very busy when I visited but the staff was very quick to serve! The 2 employees/guys I encountered were beyond Courteous and friendly (Which is not common these days)!!! The quality of food is delicious but the overall service I received was top-notch!!!!

My PSL didn’t have the whip topping like was shown in an advertisement. Not that hot, seemed weak and was disappointing. On the other hand, the pumpkin muffin was great!

Great team that waited on us at the window. The vanilla latte was on the bitter side and was approximately $1.25 more expensive than at The Red Owl and Starbucks. There was no wait, and like I said the staff was very courteous and attentive.
