The service is polite, and if the order is inaccurate or they are out of something, they try to make it right. For fast sandwiches using Boar's Head meat and higher-quality products, this is a location I recommend.“

“Today which is June 3, 2022. I came and ate at my usual fire house subs on West Tennessee across from FSU. Not the fire house sub on Capital Circle That I wrote this for you about the first time couple months ago. The experiences from the two locations is like night and day difference, I mean that. Today was so refreshing to come in here and eat with Jo the lady that runs it and all her staff and even the new hires so polite. At this location they’re so on top of things. The store so clean,,,,, it’s just everything! I will literally drive all the way across town just to eat here when I go to Fire House for lunch! And all my fellow employees will do the same I bet. “I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.

Dietary restrictions: It is possible to tweak the dietary needs of most. I really like the gluten free bread. I was glad that it wasn’t a wrap like everyone else has. I felt more like I was eating a sub.“

“visiting the ex wife in Tallahassee and i do recommend firehouse subs. yeaa its expensive as heck. but i love the captains club. always come here to this location. the blueberry lemonade is my favorite drink!! great service because they fatten up the sandwiches. not some scrawny subway sandwich lol.“

“Great service when ordering on the firehouse sub app, always fast & clean, and the workers are always friendly when you’re just doing a rapid pick up order… Don’t recommend going in person or eating there due to staff attitude. Food is fresh and made to order. Prices haven’t gone up as drastically as most places around town and I’ve been going to this location and ordering the same combo since I was in high school (way back in 2011 people).“
