I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and I understand that they are busy but why when you pick up an order that is already PAID for with a tip do you have to stand for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging you…. When I can clearly see my food on the shelf behind the counter. I have stopped coming to this restaurant because of this and I’ve noticed it is an ongoing occurrence. The staff does not greet anyone and I just get an overall bad vibe which is terrible...
Having experienced this jewel-of-a-place several times myself, I decided to introduce a family member to this place.
However, the customer service on today, 3/26/25 was down right rude!
While sitting for sometime (30 plus minutes) for our order, while the front counter personnel , never noticed us without our order, I inquired and was told, “ I thought you were just sitting”, “Our tickets do not work sometimes they do not printout...

This place serves lunch for the nearby medical offices. Not a place you would go out of your way for, but it's decent food if you find yourself nearby and looking for lunch. Decent variety on the menu too.
