I was pleasantly surprised with this Cuban fusion style restaurant. My favorite thing I ate was the bean empanada with Gordo Sauce. The croquetas were also delicious. I had the Gordos Shicken Wrap for dinner. I really enjoyed it, especially topping it with Gordos Sauce. I see why everyone I asked recommended the sauce. I'm not sure what it is, but it was good. As a lifelong Cuban, I've grown up with Cuban cuisine. While I believe there's always room for improvement, Gordo's is certainly a standout Cuban restaurant in Tallahassee. I've dined there five times and have consistently been impressed by the quality of their food and service.
