I went twice to order cookies and was told to come back because the cookies were too hot to serve. I had a coupon for $2 off for a drink, but the CO2 must have been out because I had to trade my drink twice. The second drink wasn't any better, but at this point, I just counted it as a loss. Also, note that if you pay with your debit card, there is a .45 convenience fee (on a $15 purchase) fee may vary based on purchase amount. Cookies were nice and fresh! Enjoy!!

Paid almost $20 for 2 brownies and 2 stuffed and they were really stale. I’m not a confrontational type but pretty horrible. First experience worst experience.

Yikes! If I could post pics of the cookie I received, no words would be necessary. Looks like a kindergartner decorated the cookie. It was so bad, we had a good laugh at my daughter's graduation party when the cookie was revealed. Thank goodness I had also ordered mini bundt cakes with grad toppers from Nothing Bundt Cakes-they were delicious & beautiful-- & saved the day!

I ordered a huge rectangular cookie for our son. Went to pick it up, since it was so big, they showed it to me sideways and I didn't see they spelled Shane wrong. Spelled it "shame". I called, left messages for the manager and have pictures. No return call. Each time I called, the manager was not in and girl said manager would return. Never did! Yep, lost my business.

**Updated review**The customer service I received yesterday was a major improvement than my recent visits. The cookie cake I ordered was not only fresh but exactly what I asked for, down to the design. Thank you!Picked up some cookies today. Most of the ones on display looked like they were cooked too long. The ones I got were semi hard and I probably will stick with insomnia. Customer service could be better also!

I just had the WORST experience with Great American Cookie in the mall. I ordered my sons cake Thursday morning for pick up today at 11am for his birthday party. I got there promptly at 11 and was told the decorator had not shown up yet and it was going to be 20 Minutes. Cool, no problem, I like to shop so I shopped around for 20 minutes. I get back after that time and am told it will be another 10 minutes. So I decided to sit in front of the place and wait. I did not go

I just had the WORST experience with Great American Cookie in the mall. I ordered my sons cake Thursday morning for pick up today at 11am for his birthday party. I got there promptly at 11 and was told the decorator had not shown up yet and it was going to be 20 Minutes. Cool, no problem, I like to shop so I shopped around for 20 minutes. I get back after that time and am told it will be another 10 minutes. So I decided to sit in front of the place and wait. I did not go back up to the counter or bother anyone again and I did not get my cake for an HOUR after waiting. The reason why I am writing this is I was not told “sorry forgot your wait” “sorry this took so long” NOTHING….. I waited patiently, wasn’t rude, didn’t bother them and I don’t even get a sorry? I don’t care what type of struggle businesses are having… customer service is number one ALWAYS. I will never ever order from here again.
Even something as simple as offering a cookie or a drink while I wait would’ve gone a long way. And to their benefit they are lucky that I’m not confrontational when it comes to things like this because I definitely could’ve ruined their day. Instead, I grabbed my cake, shut my mouth and walked away livid. Worst $40 I’ve ever spent and Publix would NEVER! Lesson learned.

I ordered my daughter a cookie cake for her birthday set to pick up at 1:15 show up at 1:30 cake isn't ready an not only did they not have the square cake I ordered, all they had was round an smaller than I ordered. Not very happy about this
