Great American Cookies

We usually get cookie cakes a few times a year, my husband prefers cookie over cake. The staff is friendly enough when we place orders, but the manager is consistently unpleasant. I was told off last time for only ordering one week in advance - she refused to do the order for the next week and we had to pick up the following week (my husband still wanted it 🙄). I just had the WORST experience with Great American Cookie in the mall. I ordered my sons cake Thursday morning for pick up today at 11am for his birthday party. I got there promptly at 11 and was told the decorator had not shown up yet and it was going to be 20 Minutes. Cool, no problem, I like to shop so I shopped around for 20 minutes. Our graduation cookie cake was perfect! It was fresh, the artwork was so creative, and it was the highlight of our celebration. The person who waited on us (Cindy) was warm, professional and made our visit wonderful. We love and appreciate our Tallahassee cookie shop! Thank you for the exceptional service, Cindy and team!
