Called in order for take out. Although a call center, calltaker was courteous, pleasant and checked twice to make sure I was to pick up at the right location.At the location I came in to find staff cleaning the lobby. I was addressed immediately and a check for my order was made. I had a pleasant conversation and she was very courteous and I had to compliment the cleanliness of their store, front and kitchen area. Food was ready ahead of schedule and hot. Great job!!
My last experience was absolutely terrible. I placed a pick up order, was notified that it was ready. Got there and not only was it not ready, but there were several other people who faced the same
