“omgosh amazing food and service. had the pork duo, braises beef ribs, crab cakes, and bread with herb infused oil. definitely a 10/10 in our books. it's not a quick eating place takes about 1.5-2 hours and price is up there so sharing maybe an option especially with what we had but glad we chose our own meals instead of sharing.“

“This place reminds me of an old Italian restaurant I worked for in high school. The staff is always nice, the atmosphere is typically what you would expect from an Italian restaurant, and it's normally pretty quiet, but gets busy when the students are back. The prices are good in comparison to other chain imposters. The food is always prepared fresh, the pizza is good, the clazone's are outstanding. It's become a favorite of my wife and I.“

“Today was my first time dining at PrimoHoagies and it definitely will not be my last! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ted Santiago, the manager. He was courteous and patient with me throughout the entire ordering process. I ordered the philly cheese sub combo, which also came with a bag of chips and a beverage. The meat and the veggies were tender and well seasoned. Moreover, the honey BBQ chips were 🔥 – the best chips I'd had to date! Thank you Ted for making my first experience an enjoyable one. I'll be back soon.“

“We enjoyed a great early evening dinner at Mom & Dad's for our Anniversary. Dillon was our server and he did an excellent job providing us with details about specials, answering questions about cocktails, etc. We were served a basket of delicious warm bread with butter while we waited for our cocktail. I ordered the Stuffed Eggplant Parmigiana and my husband had the Veal Picatta over angel hair pasta. Both meals were served hot and with perfect timing. The eggplant was tender and the sauce wonderful, served over angel hair pasta. The Veal Picatta was a nice portion size, the sauce could use a bit more lemon, yet was perfect in every other way. For dessert, we shared a slice of Turtle Cheesecake and it was the perfect ending to a great meal! We look forward to our next meal at Mom & Dad's and will be returning soon!“

“There were 2 girls working one had blonde hair and the other brown or black and they immediately greeted us and were very nice and attentive, and the pizza was good literally the best in town, Super hot and fresh. Other places I’ve gone taste like a frozen pizza I’m not even lying when I tell y’all it was amazingggg“

“We traveled 2 1/2 hours from Alabama to Tallahassee. We found things to do downtown to add to our day. However, the main purpose of our trip was to visit this restaurant. The pizza was amazing. We went that far based on the recommendation of 2 of my Italian 🇮🇹 Army flight students at Fort Novosel (Rucker). They told us your restaurant had the most authentic Italian 🇮🇹 style pizza they had found within 3 hours of Fort Novosel. I fully agree with their assessment. The pizza was nearly identical to what we ate in Naples, Italy 🇮🇹 6 years ago. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Maybe when we go back, it will be warmer so we can enjoy more of Tallahassee. BTW, for those in other reviews that complained about the crust being nearly paper thin, that is how it is in Italy 🇮🇹. This restaurant aims to make authentic Italian pizzas. If that is not what you are looking for, you need to find an American 🇺🇸 style pizza restaurant.“

“I'm not sure if they are the same as the Marco's In Bethlehem pa but damn it sure reminded me if home got 3 pizzas philly cheese which I loved cause of the American cheese 🔥, bbq chicken 🔥 last but not least the pepperoni magnifico kids loved it the mini cup pepperoni is classic I will definitely put this in my top 3 of pizza in tallahassee.“

“Best pie in Tallahassee. I love a number of pizza joints in town, and I had never heard of brickyard (no idea why), but it's right by the house amd I gave it a try. It is now our ONLY pizza that we get.

My son always wants to do the Dave Portnoy "1 bite" rules when rating pizza, so we ordered the specialty cheese, with crispy crust last night.

I scored it a 9.1 (my no 1 in town) and my son scored it 9.5 (his highest score ever)

Zero bend in the crust, not greasy, fantastic flavor.

“This my regular go-to Hungry Howies and I never had any big issues, they might have not cooked the cheese all the way through or been skippy with it but on average it's good. Now on Tuesday, 02/11/25 somebody was in there who either loves their job or cares about the food they put out. They did a wonderful job, I got a large cheese/sausage with extra cheese and I requested the cheese be well-melted and they came through for your girl. Shout out to them and I hope it's a consistent thing. Thank you to whoever made my pizza!“

“This was my first time trying Hungry Howie’s, and wow — the pizza was so good, and the price was even better! I’ll admit I was a little nervous, thinking it might be like Little Caesar’s, but nope — it’s way better. The flavored crust was a total game changer!

I’m not sure if all Hungry Howie’s pizzas are this good or if it’s just this location, but the staff here really knows what they’re doing. The manager, Amber, was so nice and friendly. She recommended the Detroit-style pizza and the cheesy bread — and both were absolutely delicious, 12/10! I’m pretty sure she made them herself because they were perfect.

I can’t wait to go back next week for my Friday night pizza and to chat with Amber and the rest of the friendly team again. Highly recommend this location!“

“During Covid 19 currently in September HH has drive-thru carryout or delivery available. My go to locations are on W. Pensacola Street or Blair Stone Road near Southwood. The pizzas are always delicious!“
