I come in to Jimmy John’s often , but this time around I had the best experience of them all. The way that EJ crafted my sandwich was 10/10 and i admire his effort and amazing customer service. Would take a picture of the sandwich but it’s already gone 😂😂

I have been coming here for lunch lately since I work nearby. The guys are super nice usually, but today I placed a to go order and didn’t have the best experience. It took 20 minutes for them to make my order, and when it was ready, they just handed me my sub and said have a good one. I asked about my chips and drink, and he told me to get it myself, lol. No bag, silverware, or napkins like I’d asked for. Don’t know what was up today 👎

The staff are nice, fast and professional. Everything is 100% at this location. This is near my work so I eat here sometimes. Everything has been consistent each visit. The prices are higher than expected for what you get. Publix subs are $6-7 comparatively and are higher quality. The speed of service is the trade-off I guess.
