We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a group of six women and wanted to go for a drink after dinner. We almost drove again. When we arrived at the valet parking there were a lot of women walking around in evening wear and we were only wearing jeans. Luckily no one came to park my old KIA Sorento, so we parked one street further around the corner. We decided to give it a try. More than "You can't come in here!" couldn't happen to us. The hotel was much classier than our drug-infested flophouse (Casa Bella Inn). We took the elevator up and were relieved to find no doorman. If you took a closer look, you could even say that we had improved the bar with our presence. Because it was a beautiful summer night, we decided to go out onto the terrace. The view is beautiful! Unfortunately we couldn't really sit down comfortably because the cushions were wet. Apparently it had rained and no one felt it was necessary to bring in the cushions or cover them. That was a bit of a shame, as was the fact that we were hoping on a Saturday evening there would be some music and we might have been able to dance.

The food and the atmosphere was wonderful.The staff did an amazing job at making sure we enjoy our service!
Parking: The cost for valet parking was $36 per day,but if you did not want valet parking then you had to find parking on your own and sometimes that was difficult.
The scenery was amazing and the drinks were great!

Food was amazing! We ordered the bacon sliders burger along with the chicken buffalo dip. Service was great, the view was breathtaking. We saw the sunset. We ordered some drinks! ? If you are planing a night out, this is the place to be.

I was charged a 20% gratuity for a single drink and only realized when I saw the transaction days later. Apparently the gratuity is shown on the itemized receipt, however I was never given that receipt and the one I tipped on showed no added gratuity. Based on other reviews also surprised about the gratuity, it’s clear they know and don’t care. Shady business.

Very clean and view of Tally is awesome. The bar itself isn't great atmosphere just the view. The service was good but not great. 5star service isn't just bringing you food and asking one time for an another drink. The bar tender was nice but not 5 star nice. Merica has forgotten what tipping means ans why you tip. I was automatically added a 20% tip. Luckily enough I looked at my bill. I didn't notice a sign anywhere about automatically tipping 20%. I'll never come back nor will I stay at Duval again. I had the beef sliders. Very good!
