Very clean and view of Tally is awesome. The bar itself isn't great atmosphere just the view. The service was good but not great. 5star service isn't just bringing you food and asking one time for an another drink. The bar tender was nice but not 5 star nice. Merica has forgotten what tipping means ans why you tip. I was automatically added a 20% tip. Luckily enough I looked at my bill. I didn't notice a sign anywhere about automatically tipping 20%. I'll never come back nor will I stay at Duval again. I had the beef sliders. Very good!

Nice view, but the drinks are skimpy and extremely overpriced. The place also has no real personality or character, except for weekend nights when you are marinated in "cheesy undergrad". Worst of all they automatically add 20% tip and don't tell you they are doing it. Avoid this place. So many better places to have fun in Tally

Really nice atmosphere. The wings were nice. Drinks were really good. Met some friends there to catch up and watch a little football while enjoying some adult beverages. So, it's a perfect place to hang out and socialize.

exorbitantly priced, dead atmosphere, and automatic 20-22% tip on the bill (i'm sorry, but $10 tip for one 2oz pour of scotch is simply absurd, it was nice scotch, but honestly speaking $5 should be plenty to pour liquor into a glass, no stir or shake required)

BEWARE: 20% gratuity already added to every tab, but they won’t tell you. Yes, even if you are just sitting at the bar. No one made me aware, and clearly most wouldn’t audit the itemized bill when closing out, so obviously added my own 20% as is customary. So I was shocked when I realized it a few days later doing expenses that I left two tips totaling $160 tip on a $404 tab. I’ve closed hundreds and hundreds of bar tabs in my line of work, and have never seen this at a BAR.When I emailed the manager, Ryan, to ask him to correct the issue, his response to paraphrase was “too bad, so sad.” Oh, and you essentially have to valet park just to make sure this ends up being the most expensive martini you’ve ever purchased.I’ll never go back and ask that you don’t either. Congrats if you get a job bartending here though and rake in 40% average tip.
My experience this past Friday at Level 8 was superb. Our bartender was "Nitto". He was excellent! This was my first time at this venue. The drinks and food were delicious. I wasn't able to take a picture of my food (crispy chicken wings and buffalo chicken pizza) only my drink. My lemon drop was yummy! I will be back and asking for Nitto :)Parking: I would say use Valet rather than parking on the street. We went on a Friday and it was pretty busy in the area of the restaurant.

The roof top bar and lounge is at the top of Hotel Duval. I've visited this establishment on many occasions and I find that the rules are different each time I go.They didn't allow me to add my tab to my room, or they don't serve food on Sundays or no server comes to take orders outside one day but on another day they did...Be prepared for inconsistent service unless you literally sit at the bar inside.Dietary restrictions: There's something for various diets.

They do not serve food on Sunday nights. Drinks were really good, and the rooftop seating was very spacious. They were not busy at all, so they had lots of choices for seating, but the sofa cushions are ready for replacement. Bartender patient and a great mixologist.
