I love little Caesars and prefer it over all others when it's done right. I had a recent bad experience and wrote a bad review about it, but someone from the establishment reached out to me to put it right and they remade my pizza and I was very satisfied. The pizza was great but what really made a difference is that someone cared and they made the effort to right the wrong. I have the utmost respect for that. Little Caesars Pizza is a reliable spot known for its friendly staff. While they may occasionally make mistakes, such as delivering the wrong pizza, they quickly resolve the issue with great service. For larger orders, they offer to load the pizzas, which is a nice touch. However, there have been instances where pizzas were burnt, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite this, the staff is willing to remake the pizzas, even if it requires extra time and effort.
