I have been coming here for 12 years since moving to Tallahassee. We have had tons of issues with quality and timing but it’s always been the risk of eating out at fast food. I am a big aka (fat) girl. I am also currently 6 months pregnant and their Mac sauce has been a craving of mine. I average 3 visits a week totaling 50-60$ a visit. I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Southwood (Blairstone) McDonalds this morning. After placing an order and paying via the McDonalds app, I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order. The two women I encountered were rude, slow, and the opposite of friendly and courteous. They appeared to resent having to help customers. I won't be back.
