I don't understand the ratings here at all, this place is excellent! They just reopened and the work they put in to renovate is obvious!
Food was fresh and portions are great for the price. Love a burrito bowl, and their queso is honestly the best, don't bother going anywhere else if you're in the mood for cheese.

DELICIOUS, EXCELLENT SERVICE, REASONABLE! This is fantastic. Brandon and his colleague, today, made one of most dynamic steak & chicken burritos I’ve ever had. Outstanding experience. The custom service was precise, and tasty. Add on some chips with every sauce and salsa you can think of for $10 you can’t eat this fresh food anywhere. Management,here, really cares and ensures every single client has a great meal. I’ll be back soon!!

ENCORE PERFORMANCE! BRANDON had somehow (possibly photographic memory) recalled my Home-wrecker Burrito formula, he was able to offer me the “usual” when I returned- and it was even better! I couldn’t believe it. That steak and adobo chicken combination with all the fixings was outstanding. Brandon’s executive chef-work with Baylor providing rapid customer service and completing the meal - were perfect.

2nd ENCORE!! Working in the same place, I found myself wishing on a Moe’s Massive. So tasty, those sauces, the veggies rice, cheese and peppers. Boom: Ridleigh and Tayvian (sorry if I spelled names wrong) were there to Hook me up with a Super Massive Moe. They, too, dropped it on the grill to “hold it down.” This was completely tasty and I’m sure I’m going back to crush a few more with crispy chips. Great service, happy staff & you can’t beat Ron’s management style for detailed training and boosting staff morale. Good job to all!!

We were greeted by Ja’mari and Toni. They had great attitudes and had great patience for the little one with us that wanted to order on her own food. And food was super yummy. Keep up the great work.

I came into the Moe's in Bannerman and I'm immediately welcomed in. It's been a while since I've been greeted at a Moe's. Ms. Ridleigh & Mr. Baylor were kind, inviting, helpful, and respectful to my order and needs.

Great experience friendly staff

This is the second year I’m coming to try to get my W-2 from moe’s . Is this the only way I can get a response or a email let along call back ?! I don’t have my information myself and every time I call to try to get it reset or handled or at least sent to me .. I get nothing ‘ it’s going on two weeks that I’ve been trying to receive my w-2 from last year . Please help get this situated so I can move forward , thank you .

Let me preface by saying the employees were super sweet, but 30 bucks for 3 tacos, queso and chips? I will never come back

What's the point of ordering ahead of time for pick up if you aren't even going to make it? Waste of time. Was also comical when I came in for inedible salty food and you wanted to argue about whether or not salt buckets of salt were clearly added to the food. Worst Moes in town. Customer service and food both subpar compared to any other Moes

This store must have gone through a new management change over the last year. It's been a vast improvement the staff is very very friendly and very attentive. I do see them a lot busier than they were the past 2 years. Please give these people a raise.. They genuinely care about their jobs

The food today was excellent. The two servers were professional, friendly, and very customer focused. Not that past servers have been poor, but these two gentlemen were exceptional. Thank you so much for the positive experience.

Every step I took sounded like I was ripping paper. Stickiest floors ever.

Manager was some big fat kid who didn’t have a sense of purpose. Place is a pig sty.

We usually don’t go here but we were burnt out from everything else around.
