I had to bring my dog and the owner working stood outside and held his leash for me while I got my ice cream. Even with a store full of people she was very kind and helpful towards me!

We won’t be back. Maybe teach your young staff how to be more friendly, respectful and welcoming. My 6 year old was even uncomfortable with how your staff treated my mom and him today. And we have been supporting you since day 1. I know we are on tough times and there are so many new rules but being kind can go a long way. And being rude can entirely change someones experience. Unfortunately we will be looking for a new treat spot.
