Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper—staff didn’t remedy when they were told…just sort of shrugged like they knew. One male employee was unnecessarily short with my five-year-old. Cheesecake bites tasted a little off. Only had one sugar-free option. $30 for three small froyos.

Went here for the first time tonight and brought our kids. The staff showed us how it works, which is a new concept to us. You self serve your own fro yo and toppings and then pay by weight. Our kids have a nut allergy and the way all the toppings were open made us nervous for cross contamination. We told them they couldn't have the toppings and they were teary and Liz noticed and offered to get them toppings straight from the source so we wouldn't have to worry about cross contamination. She made our night and was very nice. She was also going around keeping everything clean. The whole place looked very clean. We will be back!

I’m frustrated with this shop. The reward system is bizarre…if you don’t use up your free ice cream within 1 week of earning it, you lose it. There’s 3-4 flavors that are “out of order” every time I go. If you arrive within 20 minutes of close, they’re packing up already. Tonight was my last.

Sweet Frog is a great froyo spot, I wish they had more flavor options but the toppings were great and for 6 small bowls the cost was less than $40. Sugar free cheesecake wasn't my favorite but that salted caramel pretzel was *chefs kiss*.

It’s very yummy! The rewards program is awesome. The ice cream is in stock every time we’ve been. I also like they they have a patio with tables and chairs. The staff are nice.

Just attempted to get some dessert. Sign says open and store hours say they close at 8pm.. we arrived at 6:35p to find the door locked. Two teenagers were chatting behind the counter and didn’t a knowledge us. Three other teenagers seemed to be sitting in the cafe. Maybe some kind of meeting was happening but didn’t seem like it.

I love Sweet Frog. I'm so happy to have a yogurt/ice cream/gelato/dole whip spot near by. I really love the constant rotation of flavors. I particularly love the Dole Whip selection. My favorite flavor has been the lime. It's so delicious and refreshing on a hot day. My daughter, who loves ice cream, has been obsessed with all the different colors of ice cream. They all taste great so we make a rainbow cup! Sweet Frog also has a great toppings section. There so many great options - fruit, boba, cake, chocolate, gummies and more. Everyone can find something they like. The location itself is also very nice. It's clean and they do a great job of decorating for the different seasons. The staff is always friendly as well. I would highly recommend checking out Sweet Frog and having a nice cup of ice cream!
