We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and there is only 1 guy working Named Ron and let me tell you he stepped up to the plate with a smile on his face! Cooking the meats, running the line and the register man this guy is good !! Moes is beyond lucky to have an Employee like Ron!

Too many bad experiences within the restaurant ordering via in person or for delivery. Just go to Chipotle were customer service is a priority and your order handled appropriately.

My family and I were parked in front of the store and about to go in when the staff turned the lights off on us! It was 9:10. Per their franchise hours, Moe’s does not close until 10pm at this location. My family had to scavenger for open nearby stores on a school night! Very rude and unprofessional. Will not support Moe’s for some time now.

I give poor ratings due to the food/rice being over cooked and hard, over priced, water dripping on me from A/C vent while eating in the first booth by drink machine .. wouldn't recommend this place. Not to mention it was very dirty, both the dining area and especially the restroom!

Double order of adobo chicken weighed 1.2 ozs. So reg is half ounce? Bowl missing several ingredients and cold. Employee on their phone in a dirty store. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this place has been consistently poor quality and is getting worse.

This specific location has severely messed up three orders. One was two family packs with missing tortillas in both. So we had 6 people here...and had to run to the store to get tortillas and then have a cold meal because they were no help. On each occasion they blames the delivery driver who is supposed to check that everything we ordered was there. I don't want the driver opening everything to check. I expect the business to get it right. When I finally got to the point of going to the store to talk to the manager. I was told it was not their problem and nothing they could do.

Food quality is fine, typical Moe's. But this location is always out of things. Tonight (a Friday, at 7pm), they were out of *chicken*. How can you let your restaurant run out of chicken? Apparently they were cooking more, if I wanted to wait 20-30 mins. Who wants to wait that long for "fast" food? I wouldn't complain if this was the first time but almost every single visit it's something. Never have this problem anywhere else. What is going on here???We're done with this location. Off the list for good. Please don't eat here; maybe they'll be forced to hire people who actually care.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Did an online order. Ordered a bowl and paid for extra chicken. Got all the way home and went to eat it only to find the bowl had no chicken. Called the store to let them know what happened and that I would be back for a new bowl but no one answered the phone. Drove all the way back, walked in and saw not one person in the restaurant. All of the employees were standing around the cashier station doing nothing. I explained my situation and they all just stared at me. The “manager” and crew then gave me a huge attitude. The “manager” told one of the crew to remake the bowl and that person just walked in the back. After 5 minutes the “manager” remade the bowl. During this time another customer walked in and they lied straight to her face and said their system was down. This place is a joke. Eat somewhere else at Bannerman crossing. Don’t spend your money there. I am going to contact the owner but don’t know if it will do any good.

We love Moes when they opened in the early 2000s, but they just don't seem to hire people that care. We just went in to the Moes here where 3 people are standing around talking. There is not one clean table in the restaurant and we are the only people here. The thrash is full and you can't get anything in there and the bathrooms are not clean. No, I would not recommend.

Love this Moes. Well staffed, friendly, clean. We have experienced issues from time to time with their inventory management, enough to mention it in a review, in that they can tend to run out of food items.Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids.

Overpriced not worth it.$17 for a tiny plate of nachos and a small drink. Better for less is available.

Moe's started offering new sauces: Poblano Crema, Kickin' Cayenne and Moe's Sauces. They are being advertised heavily which makes me think they would be proud to have customer try them. The problem is that already twice I have placed an order via the app to carry out, I made my sauce selections, and when I pick-up my food from the restaurant, once I get home I realize the sauces were not included. This has happened twice in a row. I am yet to try any of the sauces because the staff keeps forgetting them. I have submitted feedback about it. The first time, the manager called and apologized, said staff would be trained better. Second time this happened I submitted feedback again, and this time, no one called me. I attempted to receive feedback a second a third time and no one ever contacted me. I finally called the customer service phone number, and the person who took the called checked the notes and saw that the determination from the manager was that they were going to train the staff, but no contact with the customer would be done. This was very frustrating. I am going to try a third time, and I wonder if I will finally get a chance to try these sauces. We'll see. For now, I share my high level of disappointment with this store.
