Great service from the staff here, and good food! The girl at the front was super helpful!
I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru at the Thomasville Road Panera yesterday. I would have gotten out of line, but it was impossible with the single lane being impassable. I will not do that again. It was 2:15, so not a lunch rush situation. No apologies or even politeness at the window. I am extremely understanding of restaurant issues but yesterday was a disaster. At least park customers so those wanting to get out of line can do so.
