Food and service is crap. Ordered two replacement pizzas for an order PJ’s screwed up on a delivery. Waited an hour for redelivery. I called and was advised I had to pick it up. Manager never said it would be a pick up, only that it’d be ready in 20 minutes. Pizza cold and crappy. Never again papa johns, never again.

I ordered online with a gift card. They subbed out the delivery and then the DoorDash driver tried getting payment from me. I never called door dash. Why are they involved. Why couldn’t I talk to the store and make sure my gift card was processed. Ridiculous. I was told give me the money or I take the pizza. I will be pushing the poor service to all I know.
