The Pizza here 🍕 is good, you need to remember this is still fast food. People saying it's not good or trying to compare it to NY or Chicago it's not the same. It's still Good, especially for Tallahassee Fl. Its Clean, Fresh, Tasty.

There's only one other two small pieces of sausage per slice. What the heck? We were told the ingredients were cut in half for cost-savings. A long-term customer No longer going back. Bummer.

Well, I had a very unpleasant experience I walked in about 12 o’clock just was doing some window shopping. Thought I’d ask if they had pizza slices walked in asked the lady that was working with the other gentleman. Hey, do you guys sell any pizza slices and she proceeds to tell me and he cuts her off and yells from the other side no, we don’t have any pizza slices. We don’t do that here I was like wow sorry I was just checking and I walked away and I thought about it and I went back in and I said hey, I was just trying to ask and when I managed a couple pizza places, I would always keep a couple slices on the side so people could taste your product. The gentleman with the glasses is the heavyset guy. I think that’s eating all the pizzas doesn’t wanna give away any pizza slices cause he got real aggressive about it and called me a loudmouth so anyways hope y’all have a great day. I think he’s very unhappy because he’s a plump little man I wish he looked, sir. You have to sell the pizza. You can’t keep it to yourself.

In general, i try to be understanding, but ive had consistant issues with this papa johns. Usually the garlic butter is leaking and has soaked a one ode of the pizza, dripping out of the box. Tonight. I ordered at 5:02. Supposed to be delivered by 5:50. At 6:20 my wife called to cancel because it was still "being prepaired" but she was automatically put on hold until the line disconnected. I called and sat on hold for 19 minutes until someone answered. Cancelled the pizza (we had already ged the kids). They accepted the cancel, but no offer to make it right... etc. Rather angering. I don't indent to be ordering from there anytime soon.

Im utterly surprised with TONY. I drive with DoorDash at the moment. I must have visited franchised pizza shopes more than 200 times and have 4.93 customer rating. I have never seen an employee like him. I picked up four times yesturday. This man has completely mastered his job at the store. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with professional pleasentneess. His co-workers seemed to actually appreciate his working assertiveness. This is unusual in my experience. The last pick up i heard him realating with his co-workers on a human level. He accepted all complaints with complete humility. His collection of tallents are quite impressive... Currently im a mid-level magager with a larger company, at the store level. I used to manage small stores like Circle K, Dollar Tree, ect. I would have paid him to make sure he has every reason not to leave... Again just super impressed with Tony's competency and work ethic.
