Papa Johns Pizza

In general, i try to be understanding, but ive had consistant issues with this papa johns. Usually the garlic butter is leaking and has soaked a one ode of the pizza, dripping out of the box. Tonight. I ordered at 5:02. Supposed to be delivered by 5:50. At 6:20 my wife called to cancel because it was still "being prepaired" but she was automatically put on hold until the line disconnected. I called and sat on hold for 19 minutes until someone answered. Cancelled the pizza (we had already ged the kids). They accepted the cancel, but no offer to make it right... etc. Rather angering. I don't indent to be ordering from there anytime soon.

Im utterly surprised with TONY. I drive with DoorDash at the moment. I must have visited franchised pizza shopes more than 200 times and have 4.93 customer rating. I have never seen an employee like him. I picked up four times yesturday. This man has completely mastered his job at the store. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with professional pleasentneess. His co-workers seemed to actually appreciate his working assertiveness. This is unusual in my experience. The last pick up i heard him realating with his co-workers on a human level. He accepted all complaints with complete humility. His collection of tallents are quite impressive... Currently im a mid-level magager with a larger company, at the store level. I used to manage small stores like Circle K, Dollar Tree, ect. I would have paid him to make sure he has every reason not to leave... Again just super impressed with Tony's competency and work ethic.

Mid pizza but the lady behind the counter I think her name was alyssa she was the nicest and respectfull the whole time and made the mid pizza taste just a little

Angie at this location is wonderful! Due to varying circumstances, I've needed help with several orders over the past year. She's always been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

Very slow. When I walked in the door and stood at the counter, not one of the five employees acknowledged me. So I just sat down and waited. After about 20 minutes, I got one of their attention and verified they had the order. they did and apologized for the wait and told me it was coming out of the oven. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Keep that in mind before you order from here.

I called ahead to order and they told me 25 minutesI got there within about 20 and still had to wait another 15 minutesMy pizza was good but breadsticks were awfulThe tables inside had not been wiped off in so long they were pure dusty you could see where people's hand prints were and drug their fingers through the dust

This is probably one of the worst Papa John restaurant I have ever dealt with. We moved her in August from Maryland and I have order from these guys a few times the first few orders we great however the last 3 times I have order now there has been a problem with my delivery twice they have forgotten items I ordered and the previous time to this one they sent me a completely different flavor of wings than I ordered. But today was the straw the broke the camel's back our delivery driver delivered to my front door rang the bell and just ran away leaving my food on my dirty door step when I did not request not contact delivery because it had been raining. He also forgot our soda at the store claims he is gonna go get it I don't believe him. Our food was also not sealed correctly. Either way I will not be ordering from this Papa John's ever again and I recommend other don't as well. You can clearly tell they do not care.

We order pizza EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY. It used to be ONLY Papa John’s. We have, during recent history begun to branch out. Over the last several months, the service and product from this Papa John’s location have been consistently horrible. From delivering the wrong pizza(s) and forgetting items in an order to being over an HOUR late from scheduled delivery time, something has been not just wrong, but VERY wrong with every order in the last two months. The excuse is ALWAYS the same: not enough staff, drivers, etc. Very rarely is there an apology or effort to make amends. Your short staffing problem is not your customer’s cross to bear. Your only saving grace recently has been your drivers. They are almost always upbeat, cheerful, respectful and THEY APOLOGIZE for the “restaurant’s” short comings.
