Great pizza place and friendly service good menu

I got some pizzas for a small gathering here and they where terrible. I don't even know how you make a pizza this bad. It was incredibly dry as if the crust had just been left out for days. We ended up throwing it away. It was a complete waste of money. I would like to say the staff was friendly and polite, but at the end of the day I'm there for the food. I would stay away from this location.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. Pizza Hut sent delivery by door dash. My order was missing the wings. I ask the door dasher about the wings she stated. I would have to call the store. I call the store and they stated I need to call door dash. Back and forward and did not receive my wings are my money back I will not order from here anymore.9

This is a pretty decent pizza hut. This is 5 stars is a rating of pizza huts, not necessarily pizza.
If you like pizza hut style pizza, I think this place makes the best. I have good experiences with this location.

Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. One with extra cheese and other with mushrooms and onions. Picked up got home no extra cheese and no mushrooms or onions. At $2 each for the extras. Lost my business

Called twice. Put me on hold for 18+ minutes each time then hung up on me. The manager on duty Sunday morning needs to be written up. see picture attached

Was the worst. I ordered at 9:30 pm. App stated 10:30 pm delivery time. I called at 11 in case they were busy. Person answers the phone tells me they are not making pizzas any further tonight but my food in on the way. I called at 11:30 asking for an update they tell me my order was canceled and they will not be delivering it. No call. No heads up. I was waiting for 2 hours for absolutely nothing. Thanks

Ordered extra sauce on my pizza and received no sauce. Pizza also was extremely thin. This has occurred numerous times and after spending over $60, I'm truly disappointed. Probably will be my last time ordering from this location as the quality just isn't consistently good.

The customer service is highly disappointing. You are not greeted or thanked for coming in. The manager is short with customers after arriving. A quick “be right with you” no smile and walking off is what you will be met with. Would not go back.
